Custom made to order jewelry is not refundable. If you have placed an order for something that is to be made just for you, in your size, personalized or engraved, unfortunately there is no refunds. Please be sure to read descriptions for accurate measurements in sizing of bands and stones. At times it helps to draw out the shape of the stone with a ruler so you will a true to life perspective of what you are anticipating.

One of kind art jewelry ready to ship is returnable so long as you contact me within 7 days of receipt. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of contact returned unworn, unused, new condition in the same box.
