Helene was wonderful to work with - I ordered very late for the date I needed the necklace, but she rushed it through and worked with me to make sure the lettering would fit. I did have to tweak it some, but not a problem at all. So happy she kept the ball rolling and was able to ship it out here to the East Coast in no time at all. Highly recommended!
